Recession-Proof?

As much as I don’t like to portray myself as a victim, I feel as though I am a casualty of the recession.  By all rights this should be an exciting time of my life.  I just graduated from on of the best universities in the United States.  I’m twenty-three years old.  By all rights, the world should be my oyster.  Yet, like so many other Americans, I cannot find a job.  Because of what’s happened to our economy, I am forced to compete for entry level positions with veterans twice my age.  I don’t begrudge them the work, as I’m sure they need it more, having mortgages and children and such.  But where does that leave me? Living with my parents?  They’re having a hard time too.  I know that things will get better, I just hope that it’s soon.

Walked in the Rain

How is my day going?  Well, when I really think about it, my day mirrors the weather today; it’s been dark, wet, and gloomy.  I should say now that I am usually a person who enjoys the rain.  Be it a drizzle or a down pour, I am of the disposition to step out into it and have some fun.  That’s what I tried to do today.  I figured it couldn’t hurt.  I was a little bit depressed, as I have been for quite some time, and we’ve all read something here or there about exercising elevating mood, so I tried to utilize a little free, common sense medicine.  Yeah, tried that, and it just didn’t work.  Fortunately, there’s still all evening left, and I should be able do something enjoyable to turn this day around and get myself out of this rut.

My Lazy Housecat

I have two cats, one of them is very fat and the other one is thin.  The reason for these differing weights is because the fat cat steals all the food from the thin one.  The fat cat never does anything other than lay around all day.  The only exercise this obese feline gets it walking from the couch to the food bowl.  I have tried regulating his food but I have to put down enough food for two cats.  The large cat eats it all so quick that the smaller one does not have a chance.  The poor skinny cat has to fight to get enough food to live.  I feed the skinny cat snacks while the big cat sleeps.  I have to do it quick because the plump cat wakes up and will come begging.

Your pet dog safe with seat belt

Some times the dog may roam around the car and may distract or jump in the driver’s lab and it may cause some accident. So it is good to have a large dog seat belt, it is safe for both the owners and for the dog When purchasing the dog seat belt for your dog you have to check whether the dog can be able to sit or lay down while wearing the seat belt. The dog seat belt helps by holding the dog in one place with a strap which is attached with the dog seat’s belt system. When buying the dog belt for your pet dog you have to check the size of the belt. It should match and fir for your dog. Some small dogs can have the problems in their throats and breathing. The dog belt should not give any pressure on the chest of your pet dog. To save money do not look for the cheap quality.
